As we head into Spring, we're looking at celebrating the return of buds and blooms.
Much as we're a huge fan of the creative and unusual statement floral arrangements of Castor Fleuriste and the like, our preferred mood is something bare, subdued, quiet and contemplative even.
Think a quiet afternoon in the garden with a pitcher of cucumber-infused filtered water, over a huge vase of manicured hydrangeas with mimosas on free-flow.
Styling Tips, Collector's Edit style:
- Buds over Blooms: Rather than exquisite luxury-style multi-flower arrangements, our team has stripped it down to a single or couple of buds, bought not from the store but handpicked from our very own backyard garden, or harvested from our kitchen herbarium.
- Let Nature be your Guide: Step outside in your garden and let nature guide your creative process - from single stalks of dandelions to buttercups, ferns and loose branches, these all make for the perfect pairing with our tinted glass vases. Single lavender, rosemary and sage stalks are also great for bud vases!
- Relaxed Season-themed Shades: Relaxed, subdued shades like lilac, pink and orange (check out our "Vases" section for the loveliest lighter shade of citrus that we stock) are perfectly themed to welcome the warmer days ahead.

As always, stay creative - and let nature and the garden be your guide.
