Returns
We really hope you are happy with your order, however we know sometimes things don’t work out. If the articles you purchased are not custom made items and are eligible for return & refund, we will gladly refund any items purchased at full retail price and returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition.
We do not offer return labels, so the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thecollectorsedit.com or on the Contact Us page with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return
- We will respond with the return address(es). Our customer service team will review your request and come back to you with further instructions. If your return is accepted, our team will tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you.
We are entitled to refuse to accept a returned article if the article reveals damage caused by you or if you do not comply with these return terms.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at hello@thecollectorsedit.com or on the Contact Us page immediately attaching high quality photos of the damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges at the moment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
